How to Change your HP Photosmart D7560 Ink Cartridges Refill

  1. Make sure your HP D7560 printer's power is on. Press the Power button if the machine is off and wait till the machine is idle before your proceed.
  2. Open the printer's ink cartridge access door by lifting from its front right. Allow the print carriage to assume the replacement position and proceed only once it stops moving.
  3. Press on the tab in front of the empty ink tank to release it from the carriage. Once released, pull the cartridge away from the slot and dispose of it immediately.
  4. Get your new HP D7560 ink cartridge and get rid of the plastic wrap. Avoid touching the contacts and ink port to avoid getting ink on your hands.
  5. Twist the orange cap on the new cartridge counterclockwise until it snaps off.
  6. Please insert the new ink cartridge into the empty slot while holding it from the sides and push until it is seated firmly.
  7. Close the printer's cartridge access door to finish the installation.
