How to Change your HP Photosmart C6300 Ink Cartridges Refill

1. Press the machine’s Power button to turn it on. Wait till the printer stops moving before you proceed.
2. Reach within the printer, grab the handle, then open the ink cartridge access door. The carriage will transfer to the printer’s center - wait until it stops moving before you continue.
3. Remove an old ink cartridge out of the slot by pressing its front tab to free it from the cartridge and pulling it out.
4. Pull the orange tab on the new HP Photosmart C6300 printer ink cartridge back to get rid of its plastic wrap, then twist the device’s orange cap counterclockwise to snap it off.
5. Slip in the new ink cartridge at a slightly upward angle within the empty slot, then thoroughly push the ink cartridge until it clicks into place.
6. Repeat the procedure to replace old color ink cartridges, if needed.
7. Close your printer’s ink cartridge door. The carriage will return to the printer’s right side.
