How to Change your HP Photosmart C5383 Ink Cartridges Refill
- Please turn your HP C5383 printer on by connecting it to a power supply and pressing the Power Button.
- Open your machine’s ink cartridge access door and let the carriage move to the center of your printer.
- Identify the Old Cartridge that needs replacement, then press the tab in front of it to unlatch it, then gently lift the cartridge to remove it from the slot.
- Get the new ink cartridge from the package, then pull back the orange tab to unwrap the product.
- With the nozzles facing down, slide the new ink cartridge into the vacant slot, then push it down until it locks firmly into position.
- If the ink cartridge doesn’t click into place, pull it out of the carriage, then gently bend the tab away and reinsert the cartridge into the carriage.
- Repeat the installation steps for the other color HP C5383 cartridges you replace.
- Close the machine’s Cartridge Access Door. The printer should now be ready for printing.
