How to Change your HP C309N Ink Cartridges Refill
- Replacing ink cartridges in your HP C309N printer requires that you turn on your machine. Make sure your machine is turned on by pressing the Power button.
- Carefully lift your printer’s cartridge door until it opens completely then hold on as the device’s carriage takes the center position – continue only once it stops moving.
- Push the tab in front of the empty cartridge. While pushing the tab, thoroughly pull the cartridge upward, then get rid of it.
- Get your new HP C309N Ink Cartridge, pull the orange tab backward, and get rid of the plastic wrap.
- Turn the orange cap counterclockwise and break it away from the ink cartridge.
- With the ink cartridge nozzles facing the printhead, slip in the device into the vacant slot, then push it down until it’s firmly seated.
- Repeat the procedures of replacing the ink cartridge, as needed, then close the machine’s ink cartridge door – it should return to the printer’s right side.
