How to Change your HP Photosmart C309A Ink Cartridges Refill
- Turn your HP C309A printer on, if it isn’t turned on yet by connecting it to a working power supply and pressing the Power button.
- Open the machine’s Ink Cartridge Access Door by opening it and let the carriage transfer to the access area and settle down before continuing.
- Identify the cartridges that have run out of ink, then press the tab in front of the device to release and remove it gently.
- Get the new HP C309A ink cartridge ready by unpacking it and peeling out the plastic tape. Also, get rid of the Orange Cap at the cartridge’s bottom by twisting it counterclockwise until it wears off from the device.
- With the nozzles facing down, put the new ink cartridge into the empty slot, then gently press down until it locks into place.
- Repeat these steps with the other color HP ink cartridges you replace.
- Close the printer’s Cartridge Access Door. You can now try printing with the new ink cartridges.
