How to Change your HP B8558 Ink Cartridges Refill

1. Turn the HP B8558 printer on, if it’s not switched on yet.
2. Open the printer’s ink cartridge access door and let the carriage settle at the center of the machine to assume the ink replacement position.
3. Push the tab at the cartridge’s front to release it from the slot and gently remove the device from the carriage with your handle holding it sides.
4. Unpack your new HP B8558 Ink Cartridge, then peel off the plastic taping and remove the orange cap by turning it counterclockwise until it wears off.
5. Insert the ink cartridge into the slot with the contacts pointing downward, then press the device forward until it clicks into place. Ensure the colored icons on the slot and ink cartridge match.
6. If the cartridges don’t lock into position, remove them from the carriage then gently turn the tab and try reinserting the devices.
7. Close the printer’s ink cartridge access door once you're finished installing the new cartridges.
