How to Change your HP B209A Ink Cartridges Refill

1. If your HP B209A is not yet on, press the machine’s Power button.
2. Open the printer’s cartridge door and let the carriage move to the center. Don’t proceed until the carriage is silent and idle.
3. Release the empty cartridge by pressing the tab in front of the cartridge and removing it from the slot.
4. Over the new HP B209A printer ink cartridge, pull the orange tab backward to get rid of the plastic wrap.
5. Please press down the ink cartridge slightly to release it.
6. Pull the empty cartridge out of the slot and towards you.
7. Get the new HP B209A cartridge from its package. Don’t touch the black plastic over the ink cartridge. Get rid of the plastic tape.
8. Hold the ink cartridge along the sides, and with nozzles facing the printer, then insert it into the right slot.
9. Insert the ink cartridge into a slanting position towards the empty slot, then slowly push until it locks into place
10. Close the HP printer’s cartridge door to complete the installation.
