How to Change your HP OfficeJet Pro 6835 Ink Cartridges

1. Please turn on your HP OfficeJet Pro 6835
2. Raise the Cartridge Access Door using the slot on the left side of the device. The Carriage will move towards the cartridge replacement position automatically.
3. Release the Empty Ink Cartridge by pressing its front tabs inwards. Please take out the Empty Ink Cartridge by pulling it out from the slot.
4. Unpack a New Ink Cartridge and then remove the orange tape.
5. While holding the New Ink Cartridge from the sides, twist the protective orange cap counterclockwise until it detaches from the cartridge.
6. With its contacts facing down, insert the New Ink Cartridge into the open slot. Softly push the cartridge downwards until it’s firmly in place.
7. Repeat the same steps when changing each Color Cartridge.
8. Lower the Cartridge Access Door back to close. The HP OfficeJet Pro 6835 will automatically align the newly installed ink cartridges.
