How to Change your Brother MFC J4510DW Cartridge Refill
- Turn your printer on and open the ink cartridge cover. The printer will display the Brother MFC J4510DW Ink cartridges that have run out of ink; make sure to remember them.
- Release the cartridge specified on the printer’s display by pressing the lock release lever, then remove the cartridge by lifting it straight up.
- Unpack the new ink cartridge color specified on the printer’s display by tearing off its plastic cover and prepare it for installation.
- Twist the orange protective packing’s green release lever counterclockwise until it snaps off to separate the vacuum seal, then remove the orange protective cap.
- Every ink cartridge color has its proper position on the carriage. Put the ink cartridge towards the arrow on the carriage's label.
- Carefully push the ink cartridge’s back labeled “PUSH” until it locks firmly into place.
- Do the same procedures with the other Brother LC103 Compatible Ink Cartridge Colors, then close the ink cartridge cover.
- Verify the replaced ink cartridge’s color as specified on the printer’s display. The printer will automatically reboot the ink dot counter if the ink cartridges are correctly installed.
